About Wynne

Complex problems.
Human solutions.

I'm a Staff Product Designer with over a decade designing products used at global scale — from Mailchimp's email and templates ecosystem to enterprise review workflows at Adobe. I specialize in platform and systems design: the kind of work that spans multiple teams, requires thoughtful tradeoffs, and needs to hold up year over year, not just quarter to quarter

I'm known for being calm in complexity — someone who can step into ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and ship scalable solutions without losing the human thread.

"I care deeply about building things that last — systems, teams, and work that feels meaningful over time."

How I work

Calm in complexity.

Clarity in ambiguity.
I step into uncertain, multi-team environments and bring order without losing nuance.

Business-minded design
I connect design decisions to outcomes — adoption, retention, growth — not just pixel-level craft.

Ship, then improve
A bias toward shipping and iteration. Products get better year over year, not quarter to quarter.

Whole-person perspective
My fine art practice and coaching work inform how I see people, problems, and systems.

“I design and scale product systems that help businesses grow — especially in complex, multi-team environments where clarity, continuity, and execution matter.”

Beyond the screen

The other practices
that inform everything

Visual Artist

Acrylic on muslin. Watercolor on paper. Textile art. I've shown work at residencies in Iceland and the Caetani Centre, and my fine art practice directly shapes how I see composition, color, and spatial logic in product design.

ICF Coach (ACC)

I'm an International Coaching Federation accredited coach, working with designers and creative leaders. The practice of deep listening, asking better questions, and helping people get unstuck — it's the same work, different context.

Why this matters

I can see problems multi-dimensionally. The painter's eye for spatial tension, the coach's ear for what's really being asked — these make the design work richer, more human, and more durable. It's not a footnote. It's my foundation.

Let's build something
that lasts.

I'm always open to thoughtful conversations about systems, platforms, and building products that scale.
